WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, coding expenses, and preparing payments. You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure payments are processed accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU $22-$26/hr Medical/Dental/Vision 2 weeks paid vacation + 1 week sick time WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands‑on, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and a strong understanding of the entire AP process—not simply invoice entry or data entry. You should be comfortable reviewing and coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approvals, processing payments, reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies, communicating directly with vendors, and resolving issues independently.
