\n \nWe are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Lewistown, PA, area. his position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!
