Lead Process Engineer

As a Lead Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.

A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include:

• Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.
• Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.
• Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.
• Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.
• Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if:

• You have a B.S. Degree or equivalent.
• You have 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
• You have leadership and communication skills.
• You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• You can learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• You can work cooperatively in a team environment
• You have background check results satisfactory to SEL & negative drug test result(s)

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes

Pay Range Data - $115,300 - $150,000 annually

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Lead level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
